A robbery occurred at the Middleton High School soccer field on Friday, according to the Tampa Police Department.
Around 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, the unidentified victim was standing at the bleachers when three men wearing ski masks approached him, according to police. One of the men was holding a six-inch silver knife, police said, and asked the victim, "What do you have for me?"
The suspect took the victim's backpack, which contained a laptop computer and school books, police said.
The victim was then told to empty his pockets, displaying an iPod. It's unknown if the suspects took the device before they fled south on east Osbourne Avenue to south 24th street with the stolen items, or if the victim was a student at the school, 5002 N. 22nd Street.
