Nicko's is the best! Our out-of-town friends and family are always treated to breakfast at Nicko's and can't wait to visit again! Good food--clean--and friendly!

Our Family loves Three Coins Diner! They have the best coffee and yummy breakfast at a reasonable price. We go almost every weekend and sometimes for dinner. 24 hours and near our house. Its great.

Breakfast is hard to find in Seminole Heights, especially on Sundays. Many mom-n-pop eateries are closed Sunday morning. Nani's has a nice spot for an outdoor meal on Sunday, for example, but they're closed. The rest of the week, you can enjoy their honey cuban toast with a cafe con leche.

I tend to look for the lines to find the best spots for food. The two places that are always popular and neighbors are willing to wait for their food are Nicko's and Three Coins. My preference is for Nicko's in part because I like their grits and they'll make my partner's bacon extra crispy without even batting an eyelash. (My vote is for Nicko's.)

Props to Three Coins which has the best chocolate milk in the area.

Front Porch, Ella's and refinery don't serve Mon-Fri breakfast but they have Sunday Brunch as does the Independent
