Now that summer is officially here, it looks like we could be in for a wet few days in Seminole Heights.

The National Weather Service is calling for a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday evening, with more rain to follow later this week.

Showers are also likely Thursday, when the chance of rain increases to 60 percent and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day. More storms are in the forecast for Friday and the weekend, as high temperatures are expected to hover around the high 80s and low 90s.
