Publix Begins Remodel

Over the next 10 weeks, new displays and aisle changes are coming to the Seminole Heights Publix on Nebraska Avenue.

Hey all, your Store Manager Chuck Kaelin here.

I wanted to give you a quick update on the remodel of your store which begins tonight.

Over the next 10 weeks you will see some changes in the perimeter area of the store that I think you are going to like. Unfortunately, the store will not get any larger and we will not gain any parking, but there are things happening which will make your shopping trips easier and more enjoyable.

Some of the key changes will be the addition of an Apron's cooking station at the rear of the store. The back aisles which are currently perpendicular to the main aisle will be turning to the same direction as the rest of the aisles.

We will have all new display pieces for the bakery and produce departments along with some changes to the deli area as well. Seafood will be getting a new case that will merchandise fresh seafood along with all of our imitation crab, lox, seafood soups, etc., in one location instead of being spread throughout the store.

We anticipate the remodel taking approximately 10 weeks, with a completion date of just before Thanksgiving. If you have any questions or comments about the store and/or remodel please do not hesitate to contact me at 813-238-7720 as I welcome your feedback.

Thank you all so much for your support.  We love being able to serve you and hope you enjoy your neighborhood store.

Sincerely,

Chuck Kaelin
