Paul Ryan to Visit Oldsmar This Weekend

The Republican vice presidential nominee plans a visit to Tampa Bay on Saturday.

Republican vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryan plans to make a stop in the northern part of Tampa Bay, in Oldsmar, on Saturday, Sept. 15, to rally supporters.

Ryan, the running mate to presidential candidate Mitt Romney, will make his appearance at R.E. Olds Park, 107 Shore Drive West, in Oldsmar. Doors open at 9 a.m. Event begins at 11 a.m.

Titled a "Victory Rally," other Republican team members are expected to be in attendance, though no names have been released at this time.

Those interested in going must reserve a free ticket by visiting www.MittRomney.com/states/florida

Then Go to "Find Events Near You" and RSVP.

Security will be similar to an airport checkpoint, according to Jeff Bechdel, Florida Communications Director for Mitt Romney for President. No signs, sharp objects or umbrellas will be allowed into the event.

"Cameras are allowed," Bechdel said. "But it's best to bring as few items as possible."

If you could ask Paul Ryan a question at Saturday's event, what would it be? Share in the comments below.

Matt, I pretty sure most of us know the severity of the financial crisis that is not only affecting us in the U.S.. But the world economy. It is foolish to think that this is just a U.S. problem. The lies by both sides are an attempt to look at some of the core issues that we are facing. Neither side has shown a plan to truly work towards an solution. Both Romney and Obama's plans are vastly flawed. They are flawed in the ways you can see which people they brought into their "secret" meetings about the economy. Forbes did an excellent article on Romney's meetings, and did breakdowns of both "plans". Neither is great, neither really addresses the core facts about the U.S. economy.
Part of what is dividing America is the lies from both parties, Like Michael Moore in 2004 for the Democrats the Republicans have their Dinesh D'Souza. Just as full of lies as 2004 Fahrenheit 911, there is 2016. A movie which Viki Watson keeps trying to push like it is crack to people. In the movie D'Souza takes well placed and out of context excerpts from Obama's Autobook to present an agrument. When D'Souza book which the movie is based on was released Conservative panned it. As president of a Christian Conservative college I would doubt his opinions are biased right? A man who blamed America in his Other book blamed American Society for the Attacks of 9/11.... that's the type of author I trust. More lies from the people who will profit of the stupidity of others.

They also used the term browns and jocks. One of my sons was a proud brown, that is he studied and got high marks and went to college. The other son was a jock. He got a lot of glory, won scholarships, but couldn't get into college with his marks. He was still a success. That is what it means.I wonder what obama was? Most of us who post on here are not children, but rather responsible adults who are possessed of the education and background knowledge necessary to form considered opinions on issues of import to our community, state and country. As a civilized member of our community, I certainly do agree that the name-calling and mud-slinging is distasteful and unpleasant to read. However, I also respect the right of anyone to engage in such behavior. Unfortunately, that is the only way that some of our less educated neighbors are capable of responding to the more thoughtful and considerate posters on here who take the time to form and articulate considered opinions grounded in an evidence-based analysis of factual information.

As for the legions of ill-informed, low-brow posters who seem to have rendered themselves incapable of engaging in rational discourse in polite society, it is they themselves who have chosen to sit around and mindlessly absorb the sort of low-brow right-wing propaganda that's piped into their homes and vehicles day in and day out. Instead of doing the work to think critically, they choose to let vulgar, under-educated carnival barkers tell them what to "think". As such, they have chosen willful ignorance and intellectual laziness as their calling cards in life, and it is they themselves who will suffer mightily for their own failures. Their utter lack of refinement is on full display, as is their pitiful failure to have obtained a proper education.

It's very sad that Paul Ryan and other Republican leaders have been working hard to tear apart America for FOUR YEARS. Now that they see the results, they want to lead. NO WAY!

Paul Ryan and 15 other Republican leaders started meeting on Jan. 20, 2009, the night of President Obama’s inauguration, toward planning Obama’s political demise, and to HURT America.

And, in 2010, Republican Senator Mitch McConnell said the number one goal was to deny Obama a second term.

Sheldon Adelson, Romney's uber-billionaire casino owner and financial backer, pledged to give Romney $100 million -- or "whatever it takes" -- to defeat Obama.

Do you know why???

As Bill Clinton reminded us, sometimes the answer is as simple as arithmetic. So let's do the math:

According to a new report from the Center for American Progress Action Fund, Adelson will get $2 billion in tax savings from Romney in return for his support. And it will be paid for by every taxpayer reading this blog, so pass the word QUICKLY.

If Obama wins, everyone pays their fair share of taxes...including Mr. Adelson!

Tell me...
WHICH ONE IS MORE FAIR FOR AMERICAN FAMILIES?
WHICH ONE CAN YOU AFFORD?

Americans cannot afford to live the Romney-Ryan lifestyle without having the same personal wealth.

We can DREAM...but we know that it's not reality. Romney is still dreaming.

Everyone pays their fair share? HA! 50% of Americans (if not more) pay NOTHING on their 1040's and some of those probably get Earned Income Credits which amounts to welfare since they get back more than they ever dreamed of paying into the system. So cut the crap & patriotic BS and look at the facts. It's getting to point where more people milk the system than contribute to it.

Ryan should ask.
Better Off NOW? NO!
But, that is NOT the question.
It"s 4 years FROM NOW!
That is the question.
The current Obama policies will:
1) Create $5 per Gal Gasoline.
2) 9% Unemployment. (Go ahead Google "Projected unemployment")
3) GM filing another Bankruptcy.
4) Another USA credit downgrade. (that will cause rise in Interest rates)
5) Credit downgrade will make Home prices decline again--All homes will have lower values in 4 years.
6) Your employer will be paying way more for your Health insurance
(Your job is in jeopardy) (employers will need to choose the best employees)
7) Prices of everything you buy will go up. (That's Inflation)
8) Anyone earning more than $75,000 per year will be paying higher taxes because once Obama gets re-elected,
HE WILL SAY THAT HE NEEDS MORE PEOPLE TO SUPPORT TAX INCREASES>

So People who voted for Obama in 2008 and do not see he is begging to forgive him for not getting us on track , will be falling for all the above traps.
He is NOT running on a job well done. He is running as a PARTY CANDIDATE.
Obama is campaigning all over again, as if he never had a chance to prove what he has done.

Pity those of you who vote "democratic" just because of the party, while risking your future for the last time.
America is literally burning in the middle east.
That , people is something to ponder.

You are flailing all over the place in your anti-intellectual, willfully ignorant screed. Obviously you lack the acuity to think critically and examine issues from an evidence-based approach, which explains why you are pathetically incapable of forming a considered opinion in the matters upon which you spout your bile-filled rant against the President.

It is laughably absurd that you manage to convince yourself that the scary black man is responsible for literally everything in your life that has gone wrong, while ignoring a plethora of variables giving rise to the problems at hand. I recognize, of course, that underachievers tend to emerge from their chosen lifetime of intellectual laziness quite confused and self-loathing, and thus you are impervious to the exhortations of those of us in the evidence-based community who seek to direct your attention to the obvious fallacies in your argument. However, I figured it was worth mentioning that you are sadly ill-equipped to pontificate and prognosticate on anything more complex than who you think will emerge victorious in a race between a tortoise and a hare.

There is not a single university educated economist or political scientist who would ever take anything you say seriously, and you would be comically out of your element in any panel discussion attended by experts in any single one of the matters upon which you have chosen to lend your ill-informed opinions.

It's Now--Blame Ryan-Romney-- For the next 4 years!
Blame Romney for the (Whatever will happen)
Just forget about what has happened under Obama.
Obama's greatest achievement's to date:
1) Inherited the Greatest Military in the world-----Result OBL gone.

2) Passing the Largest Tax increases in History--In the name of "free" health care.
(the fact that every employer will pay it for you) Now that is really Free.
Anybody want to buy one suit at regular prices and GET THE SECOND "FREE".
Anybody want to pay DOUBLE for your 2014 Health insurance but get the "Pill" Free"

3) Increased our Gasoline prices to over $4 per gallon
4) Replaced all the Bush job losses with new jobs paying 50% of what those individuals were getting.
5) A record 23 million people in the USA still unemployed or underemployed.
6) Increased all Teacher and Educators Pays by over 15% while the average worker in America lost 10% of their family income. (Hint: unions)
7) Created over 1million auto industry jobs by buying them. (cost? $50Bil)
(hint: Unions)
Now that's what all you non-Romney advocates have to sell.
Sell anti-Romney by promoting the worst President in American History.

$6 per Gallon Gasoline will be here If you vote for Obama.
That's over $100 to fill up your tank.
